As Manager of Accounting, she ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while providing strategic insights that drive Sycamore’s growth and long-term success. Sandra is also responsible for ensuring that clients receive reliable, upfront communication on their accounts. She is committed to building efficient systems, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration across teams—efforts that strengthen internal operations and translate into reliable, high-quality results for Sycamore’s clients.

Before joining Sycamore, Sandra built a diverse career path that includes roles as Accounting Clerk, Senior Financial Analyst, and Business Development M&A professional —experiences that built a strong foundation for her leadership role today. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University, where she was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Academic Honor Society, and later completed her Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management at Keller Graduate School of Management.
